Business Development Manager - B2B Sales - Flavour & Fragrances


Roles and Responsibilities :

- Expertise in B2B Sales and Marketing of Flavour, Essential oils, Aromatic oil, Fragrance oil, Natural Oils, Cosmetic raw material Industry.

- Coordinating with buyers and giving them technical presentation and building and maintaining client relationships.

- Achieving sales target.

- Develop business with new customers and develop the market for new products

- Manage Key accounts in the region in line with Nation Wide Presence.

- Key Deliverables Managing sales of the company's products and services to FMCG, Foods, Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals companies in region.

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

- Achieving customer satisfaction by making proactive presentation.

- Coordinate with Sales operations for timely execution of all orders.

- Delivering customized fragrances by working with R&D department to develop offering in line with customer specific briefs.

- Ensure regular availability of material through accurate forecasts.

- Achieving business growth through identifying and penetrating new markets.

- Gather market and competitive information on relevant Products and companies.

- Identifies objectives, strategies to improve short and long term sales and earning.

- Anticipating needs and scheduling work effectively.

- Reviewing plans and measuring progress regularly

- Propose distribution strategy for the region to improve market share and service levels.

- Ensure that the receivables and Tax forms are collected on time
