Job purpose:
The purpose of the candidate is to source new clients for the organization using all means available, engage with them, prepare proposals (Solutions, Plans), sign the client and thereby deliver the Gross margin objectives of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate new leads using references, digital outreach (Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, email campaigns etc.), and market research amongst other avenues.
- Engage the leads and secure briefs and meetings.
- Respond to proposals and briefs with a relevant solution, plan of action and commercials.
- Constant client engagement till contract closure.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that proposal responses are delivered on time.
- Conceptualize and execute cold pitches for solutions offered by the organization.
Skill Set :
- Fluent in communication
- Client facing
- Proficient in MS Office especially power point and excel
- Sales Navigator & LinkedIn
- Has experience in B2B sales of trade marketing, retail, activations and field marketing solutions / services
Job Specifications :
Qualifications : Minimum Graduate
Industry : Staffing organizations, Trade Marketing, Activations, BTL. Has agency experience preferably dealing with FMCG, FMCD and BFSI brands
Experience : 4 to 10 yrs
Age criteria : 25 to 35 years
