Job Position : Business Development Manager
Reporting to : Regional Sales Manager
About Client :
Leading home electrical specialist in India having a vast portfolio comprising of Power back up solutions such as UPS, UPS Batteries and Solar Applications to Electrical offerings such as Fans, Wires & Switches. With 7 manufacturing units, more than 28 sales offices in India and presence in over 36 countries
Job Responsibilities :
- Business development with help of small architects and interior designers
- Creating & managing the database of small architects, interior designers & interior contractors
- Brand building, prescription & lead generating with the above target group
- Driving architect and interior designer loyalty
- Drive architect and interior designer loyalty via special programs, conferences, meets
- Strong collaboration with the regional sales team to close the leads generated
- Be the regional SPOC for the category & drive Trainings & Development initiative for field sales team
Candidate Skills Required:
- Must be a Graduate/ Post Graduate (MBA) with 2-4 years of minimum exposure in B2B sales
- Strong Communication skills
- Self Motivated, should need minimum supervision
- Strong Networking skills
- Basic Analytical skills to evaluate database & set priorities
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong Digital Mindset in terms of using APP & digital tools
Salary : INR 6,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
