Manager - Business Development - B2B Sales - Edutech (4-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. New Customer Acquisition
2. Cold calling and Negotiation skills
3. Accounts Management skills
4. Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
5. Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approache's and strategies.
6. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with organizational objectives.
7. To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Experience of 6 to 10 years experience in B2B Sales
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Able to drive customer centricity in the team.
4. Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
5. Should have proven track record
6. Any graduation / Master Graduation required from a reputed colleges/ Universities
7. Account management skills with ability to build relationships with Ent customers and drive revenue
8. Account mining capabilities to cover multiple opportunities across Tech and Process skilling areas
9. Excellent communication required to hold a CXO conversation for over 10 mins.
10. A plus if candidate is from Edtech, Telecom, IT sales background
11. Dedicated and motivated to pursue white space opportunities and generate breakthrough wins
12. Fast learner with perseverance to do repeated tasks
