We are looking for an MBA with a pleasing personality, boundless energy and enthusiasm to work in a rapidly growing organization which is a chain of highly reputed Day care and play schools across India.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Business Expansion
- Responsible for business generation through New Accounts in the specified geographical area
- Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales and handling clients efficiently
- Setting targets and take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members
- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures
- Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory
Additional Skills :
- Tech savvy (MS Office - mainly MS Word and MS Excel, Internet)
- Candidate being a young mother herself would be an added advantage
