What will you work on ?
We are a B2B company and several large corporations across India invest in our services as a benefit for their employees. Business Development Teams are responsible to acquire and add new companies. As a Business Development manager you will be :
- Responsible for acquisition of new clients
- Will be reporting to the Regional Manager - Sales
- This will be a field sales role which is currently executed online due to the pandemic.
- Responsible for achievement of sales targets as per business plan
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Make cold calls to get new business leads
- Meet & Build relationships with Key decision makers
- Submit business proposals, negotiate & close deals
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Additional Information :
Your experience in the following will count :
- Should have Direct B2B sales experience of 3+ years
- Any Degree/MBA preferred
- Candidates who were in Business development manager, Sales Manager, Business development executive & Account manager roles would be preferred.
