Manager - Business Development/B2B Sales (1-2 yrs)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT-JD
Responsibilities :
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Building business relationships with potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Creating and maintaining a list/database/Sales Pipeline of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets etc.) of prospective client information
- Client Pitching; making multiple outbound calls and pitching product/services to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/PGDM/BMS Marketing/Bachelor's Degree
- 1 to 2 years of Experience
CTC: 5 Lacs p.a to 6 Lacs p.a.
Nice to have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Have worked or ready to work in a Startup Environment
