Manager - Business Development/B2B Sales (0-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
We are a start-up and looking for a candidate who can fit into our family not as an employee but as partner in our Leadership role.
Preferred candidate : Someone who is ready to take a risk, and shape up the company and scale it too.
- Meeting sales goals, build and maintain client database, prospecting for qualified opportunities
- Data Tracking and Reporting
- Conduct necessary primary research to identify and qualify potential prospects
- Handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills :
- B2B sales with an aim to expand and grow the business and play a vital role in taking the company to new levels
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Result driven/proactive who has passion for BD.
- Flexible to work in Shifts.
- Young and dynamic
Salary would vary as per the company's turnover. Present turnover is below 1cr. Stake - 2%- 5% (over a period of 2 years)
