We are an early stage startup with team of founders only now looking to expand the team slowly. Proceed only if you are comfortable working directly with founder in a co-working space with limited resources. Opportunity to grow is huge.
We are a B2B platform for the Real Estate, Hotel, and Hospital industry to serve clients who are involved in fund raise, asset transaction, JV, and Business Partnerships.
Looking for a Business Development (sales) Professionals who can help us generating business through the network of other professionals in the industry. This is strictly a target based profile.
OYO Business Development Professionals who have lost the job are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
Experience - 1 to 2 years
Salary - Rs. 20,000 per month for next 3 months. Shall be revised based on the performance + Incentive + Yearly Bonus
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Communicating with other Business Development Professionals, Consultants/Brokers, Industry Associations, and other potential users through email, phone calls, references, and other sources
2. Explaining the services & value we provide
3. Convert the potential users into customer
4. Maintain Relationship
Requirements
1. Candidates must be looking to make a career in sales and business development

3. Must have a go-getter attitude
4. Must have a hardcore sales mindset
5. Must be someone for whom excuses are not part of the job
6. Candidates who are open to work directly with founders having a lean setup
