Manager - Business Development - B2B/Corporate Sales (3-5 yrs)
Salary: 7.2 LPA (70% fixed + 30% variable)

ABOUT YOUR JOB :
As a fast-growing bootstrap company specializing in cross-border B2B solutions, we require a highly dynamic and results-driven business development manager to build and lead a high-performing sales team. As the Business Development Manager, you are an integral part of our founding team. You are expected to build a leading sales team across verticals, provide comprehensive information of our products and services to the lead and play an active role in scaling up the business.
Requirements :
- Lead and inspire a diverse sales team across verticals, motivating them to achieve remarkable growth and surpass sales targets.
- Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and establish a dominant market presence.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of sales representatives, ensuring an enthusiastic and proficient team.
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Present precise sales, revenue, and expense reports, offering well-founded forecasts to guide the management teams decision-making.
- Stay attuned to market shifts, emerging trends, and competitor activities, positioning brand as an industry leader.
PRE-REQUISITES :

- Boasts 5+ years of inside sales experience in a bootstrap business or 7+ years in Inside sales, reflecting expertise and proficiency.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills, adept at motivating and guiding the sales team.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in CRM tools.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the sales department.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and people skills.
- Extensive understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Energetic personality with a passion for sales.
- Excellent storytelling and conflict-resolution skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
