Manager - Business Development - Automotive (3-7 yrs)
Manage a team of Business development Executives to run dealer operations. Meeting targets and maintaining quality control through IEs.
Maintain scheduling of dealer visits and listings
Build dealer relationships and handle preliminary escalations
Shortlist best dealers for onboarding - both B2C and park and sell
Prepare reports and maintain data for all business related work.
Appraising BDEs and IEs of business decisions.
Exploring other ventures with Dealers and investors.
Coordinating with Inventory for Dealer cars.
If candidate own motorcycle will be be ideal as there will be field visits occasionally.
Excellent Communication skills require.
Candidates have to be from automotive industry. Ecommerce automotive industry will be preferred.
