Manager - Business Development - Automobile/OEM (3-9 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager with a proven track record in Automobile or OEM Sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automobile and OEM sectors to achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients within the automotive domain.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the automobile and OEM markets.

Client Engagement:

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 3-9 years in sales or business development within Automobile or OEM Sales.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics in the automotive industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to travel as required.
