Manager - Business Development - Automobile (1-3 yrs)
- BDM will be responsible for building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities to provide Autmobile detailing/Nano services.
- Responsible for arranging client meetings, finding new dealerships or cars generally opening the door for the company sales team.
- New business development and managing existing account as a key account manager (KAM)
- BDM is involved in both strategic planning and day to day operations
- Project management,supervising and cordinating work of live facilities like carxpert.
- Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core operations.
- Checking that assinged work given to labours per facilty is completed on time with a highest quality rating of every car and bike.
- Communicate and discuss with repective juniors of his team to ensure responsibilities,authorities and accountabilities are defined and cleared to all of them.
- Provide guidance and leadership to juniors of the department for effective and efficient flow of operations.
- Forecasting on market current situation and competition tracking in that area.
- To develop strategy for revenue growth and establish sales target for the field sales in collabration with hud lead.
- To develop budgets for sales promotion activities for sales field.
- Have to participate in any escalated or critical facility matters,customer discussions,negotiations etc.
- Track a progress of the sales targets and field sales expenditure.
- To play a vital role in pipeline growth and revenue attainment through sales accepted leads (SALs)for sales team and scheduling meetings face to face or on phone within enterprise accounts
