Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement sales and operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales and operations teams, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Sales Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing support to help achieve targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, production, and logistics.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer service levels, and take corrective actions as needed.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for sales and operations departments, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across sales and operations functions.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and operational performance to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making based on performance data and market analysis.
