Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the architecture industry.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Client Relationship Management:

- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

- Engage with potential clients, understand their architectural needs, and present customized solutions.

Market Research:

- Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and provide strategic recommendations.

Sales Performance Analysis:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that enhance sales effectiveness.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Project Management, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proven sales experience in the architecture industry.

- In-depth knowledge of architectural trends, practices, and client expectations.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
