urgently required BDM Or ABM in APC channel of a Leading life insurance company ctc upto 7.5 lacs +reimbursement for kanpur,lucknow and Varanasi jd Job Responsibility
1. Primary Responsibility is to recruit Partner Or IM as per plan.
2. Activate Partner/IM on a monthly basis as per given plan.
3. Ensure Active Partner productivity is maintained as per the plan.
4. Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers.
5. Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis.
6. Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis.
7. Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.
Candidate Preferred :
- Females are also preferred. Married females are more preferred less than 28 yrs of age.
- Agents from Life Insurance are also preferred.
- Should be 25 to 38 yrs of Age
- Should have stable past career employment history.
- Should be localize from past 2-3 Years.
- Should be well networked in the local area and have an understanding of the Local market, and proven track records.
- Candidate should be a graduate/ post graduate or 2+ years of experience
