Technical Skills : Chromatography, HPLC and LCMS
1.) Sales Target and its achievements.
2.) Payments collection and its Achievements.
3.) Mapping of the customers for the entire territory.
4.) Customer and product wise sales planning / strategy.
5.) To provide guidelines and assistance to sales force to achieve their sales targets.
6.) To arrange/align smooth supplies / after sales services to the customers.
7.) Monitoring of Daily Call Reports on regular basis of sales team.
8.) To submit your personal Daily Call Reports as per company policy (twice in a week).
9.) To submit a consolidated sales report of the sales team once in a month.
10.) Assisting in preparation of tender.
11.) Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems.
12.) Analysing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.
13.) Attending relevant industry events and conferences to build relationships.
14.) Coordination with distributor for secondary sales.
15.) Prepare self tour programme and getting approvals
16.) Customers to be covered
i) All Govt. / Pvt. Medical Colleges and Hospitals.
ii) Autonomous institutions.
iii) Corporate Hospital
iv) National / Regional Referral labs and private A Class laboratories
v) Research / Life Sciences institutes, ESI Hospitals, Defence and Railway Hospitals etc. etc.
vi) State govt. level purchases through Directorate.
