Job title : Business Development Manager (Sales & Business Development) -
- Job location : Mumbai
Educational qualification: MBA-Marketing & Sales/M.Sc (Agriculture) /B.Sc (Agriculture)/B.Tech (Agri.)/B.E. (Agri.) with experience in similar industry sectors.
Work experience :
- Around 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a Regional Manager, Territory Manager or similar roles in similar industry sectors
- Should have good communication skill
Job Profile :
- Conceptualizing, building, executing and analyzing adoption and engagement marketing programs across all outbound marketing channels
- Increasing brand awareness by developing and iterating on customer segmentation and designing innovative marketing tactics
- Defining event calendar for each business unit and integrating the same with all traffic channels like Social Media, Display/Text Ads, and online campaigns
- Developing long-term social media strategy, achievable and scalable plans for social channels, and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Strategy planning, implementing, monitoring execution for sales and collection growth.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Expertise in launching new products, creating markets and its growth.
- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends. - Responsible to achieve assigned targets in the region
Skills:-
- Flexible with travelling.
- 6-10 years of experience as a Regional Manager, Territory Manager or similar roles.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
- Strong networking skills (Rural Areas)
- Strong communication ability (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude - BSc/Msc/MBA in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
