Manager - Business Development/Agency Management - Bank (1-9 yrs)
An agency sales manager in insurance is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of an insurance agency
Principal duties :
- To create a solid advisor base, find and hire qualified advisors.
- Continuously offer training on products, business procedures, and selling strategies.
- Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development. Ensure that advisors give customers the appropriate financial solutions based on need analysis and that they follow necessary business procedures and standards.
- Reach the monthly business goals for bringing in new clients and hiring agency advisors.
- Make sure the advisors on the selling through team are in line with all the business quality metrics.
- Be the customer's first point of contact so that you can verify their complaints with the appropriate authorities.
- Interacting with the clients and keeping a positive relationship with them.
- Responding to client inquiries about insurance policies
- Exercise caution to stop unauthorized or fraudulent transactions at the outset.
Insurance Agents Responsibility:
- Recognize their investment and protection requirements.
- Determine and suggest the solutions that best meet their needs.
- Offer the full selection of products to potential or current customers.
- assist in completing the process required for processing the policy purchase
- Keep in touch with clients to make sure their service requests for policies are handled properly
- facilitate the resolution of disputes.
Selection Criteria:
- A degree in any field
- Sales, marketing, or BFSI experience of one or more years is required.
- Age range required: 21 to 38 years
- Effective interpersonal relations abilities.
