Manager - Business Development - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets in the Banking sector.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their financial needs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Compensation :
Competitive Salary : INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
