Manager - Business Development - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We Are seeking to Hire a Business Development Manager in Agency Channel for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Candidates Requirements :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : Minimum 2+ Years in sales and Marketing and Life Insurance sector.
- Age : 21 to 38 years.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 2 years.
