Job Title : Business Development Manager - Agency Channel

Job Purpose :

- The Business Development Manager - Agency Channel is responsible for driving growth and revenue through building and maintaining relationships with agency partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain good relationships with agency partners.

- Identify new business prospects and generate revenue growth through agency collaborations.

- Conduct regular company reviews and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

- Develop and carry out collaborative business strategy with agency partners.

- Provide training and support to agency partners in order to increase their sales success.

- To assist agency partners, work with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service.

- Maintain adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Key Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- Experience in field sales, or BFSI for at least three years.

- Successful track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with agency partners

- Proven ability to increase revenue and satisfy sales goals

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills Ability to operate independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the insurance business and agency channel preferred

- Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency

Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
