Job Title: Business Development Manager - Agency Channel

Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through the agency channel. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with agencies to increase revenue and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Determine and prioritize possible agency partners in order to grow our customer base and revenue stream.

- Create and implement a thorough business plan to accomplish sales targets and revenue targets.

- To explore new company prospects, conduct market research and remain up to current on industry trends.

- Develop and maintain excellent connections with agency partners, including regular communication, training, and assistance to ensure a successful partnership.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer support is required to achieve alignment and the execution of go-to-market strategy.

- Metrics should be tracked and analysed to determine success and areas for development.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the agency channel and raise brand awareness.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+ years of experience in field sales, or BFSI.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and increasing revenue.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to form and sustain strong bonds.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to analyse data, detect trends, and make sound business judgements are required.

- Self-starter with the capacity to work independently and manage many projects at the same time.

Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- as per month
