Job Title : Business Development Manager - Agency Channel

Job Summary :

- We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our agency channel development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential agency partners, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify possible agency partners and cultivate ties with important stakeholders.

- Create business planning and growth strategies with agency partners.

- Coordination with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of agency strategies

- Examine market trends and competition behavior to find growth prospects.

- Increase revenue by using successful sales methods and tactics.

- Develop and develop ties with major industry associations and influencers.

- Provide monthly reports on business performance, including pipeline and revenue estimates.

- Monitor and oversee agency performance to ensure goals are met or surpassed.

- Maintain a competitive edge by staying current with industry trends and market changes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3+ years of proven success in sales, marketing, or BFSI sector.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish and develop connections with key stakeholders

- The ability to analyse facts and make sound business judgements.

- Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey difficult ideas to a variety of audiences

- Ability to work independently and manage numerous projects at the same time

- Willingness to travel to meet with agency partners and attend industry events as needed.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or other CRM systems

CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
