Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of increasing sales, generating leads, and acquiring new business opportunities. The role demands an individual who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and grow revenue.
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to achieving company goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and lead generation techniques.
- Experience working in an IT company is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Candidates based in Hyderabad are highly preferred.
Probation Period:
The selected candidate will be on a probation period for the first 2-3 months. Based on performance during this period, they will transition into a full-time role.
