Manager - Business Development - Advertising (1-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Find and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs.
- Sales & Negotiation: Develop strategies, present solutions, and close deals.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align strategies and refine offerings.
- Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals to meet client requirements.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at events and engage with international clients
- Attending Industry Events: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and identify potential leads.
Requirements :
- Graduation is compulsory
- Somebody from a Digital Marketing/Advertising background
- Have Presentations Skills
- Knowledge of Advertising Industries and markets to better understand client needs
