Job Summary: The Business Development Manager for the Adhesives Division will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to expand our market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the adhesives industry, strong sales acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

- Analyze competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the adhesives sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize performance.

Product Development & Feedback:

- Work closely with the product development team to provide market insights and feedback.

- Help guide the development of new products and solutions based on customer needs and market demands.

Reporting & Forecasting:

- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Collaboration & Team Support:

- Coordinate with marketing, R&D, and other internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

- Provide training and support to sales staff on new products and market developments.
