Manager - Business Development (8-15 yrs)
Objectives of this role ;
1. Manage end-to-end lead generation, client acquisition, and client onboarding process
2. Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
3. Improve brand recall with potential clients
4. Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
Responsibilities
1. Conduct industry research to develop an effective leads pipeline
2. Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients
3. Interact/meet with clients and respond to inquiries about the company's products or services
4. Follow up with prospective clients at the CXO level and arrange meetings with partners and Directors
5. Prepare proposals using standard templates
6. Follow up with clients to answer any queries, doubts, additional information and get the contract signed
7. Participate in briefing calls with the operations team and transition client.
8. Customise/ update presentations for different industry segments
9. Regularly updated internal documents- industry presentations, our track record of clients and assignments, client testimonials, case studies, and leads database. CRM platform etc
Skills and qualifications :
1. Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
2. Clear verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Comfortable using CRM systems and managing customer data.
6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to team success.
7. Sharp negotiation and networking skills
8. Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
9. Reports to the Managing Director
10. Location Mumbai- Expected to work from office 2-3 days a week
