Manager - Business Development (8-10 yrs)

Job Summary:
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Novex's brand presence within your assigned region, focusing on B2B sales in music copyright licensing.
- Your efforts will center on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting the Novex brand across retail outlets, corporate clients, and entertainment venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth : Identify and research new business opportunities in new and existing markets, including new trends, customers, and partnerships.
Brand Promotion : Build Novex's presence in the assigned city, focusing on retail outlets, corporate clients, malls, gyms, clubs, bars, pubs, and restaurants where Bollywood music is played.
Client Onboarding & Service : Drive customer acquisition and maintain relationships with corporate affiliates within the designated geographic area.
Compliance & Education : Educate new clients on licensing, copyright, and public performance regulations.
Reporting & Analysis : Present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on recordings, revenue, and customer onboarding to the management.
Team Development : Foster a collaborative and productive environment among reporting staff.
Requirements :
Qualifications : MBA/Graduate degree with 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in business development.
Skills :
- Tenacious with a strategic approach
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- High networking and presentation skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Acquisition of new clients and increased revenue collections
