Manager - Business Development (6-15 yrs)
Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid (Combination of inside sales and client visits as required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute plans to acquire new B2B clients, focusing on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase services, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors to position the company effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry.
- Exceptional communication and extraordinary convincing skills to influence high-stake decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site client visits when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a mature and professional approach.
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
