Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing organizational sales, developing business plans, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with the marketing department on lead generation. The role requires critical thinking and proven ability to execute strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Identify and sell prospects.

- Maintain and build relationships with clients.

- Identify business opportunities by researching and analysing sales options.

- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.

Market Engagement :

- Spend significant time meeting new clients.

- Have a deep understanding of the local market.

- Be willing to travel to nearby towns to generate business.

Client Relationship Management :

- Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to clients.

- Research and recommend new opportunities for profit and service improvements.

Strategic Planning :

- Identify partnership opportunities.

- Develop new relationships to grow business and expand the company.

- Maintain existing business relationships.

- Think critically to ensure project success.

- Navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior-level decision-makers.

- Develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) with a strong technical background.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or SaaS industry.

- Experience in managing and leading high-performance sales teams.

- Focused and goal-oriented.
