Manager - Business Development (5-7 yrs)
- Managing Sales and Lead generation through LinkedIn and other portals.
- Maintaining the project closures of the team as well as himself.
- Preparing sales pipelines and closing deals from international market
- Organizing virtual and physical webinar, campaign, workshops and surveys in multiple regions.
- Develop and maintain database of all new and old clients.
- Developing pre-sales activities including PPT, Business Proposals, and Agreements.
- Taking responsibility and acting as a SPOC with client and teams.
- Design and implementation of business development strategy.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Reviews financial plans and profit goals and establishes weekly metrics for success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
