Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 4 - 8 Years of Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- The responsibilities of a Sales Manager Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
