Manager - Business Development (4-8 yrs)
1. Generates & closes Leads for work such as kiosks at our Training Centre, RWA, Events, and General staffing- Mainly for A Key accounts.
2. Booking workspace for apprentices and space (like the OYO model for workshops), a Target-based role of 50 lakhs will be the target for the year.
3. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
4. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
5. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
6. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
