Manager - Business Development (4-7 yrs)
1. Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting business propositions.
2. Should be able to understand manage and interpret customer requirements.
3. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the clients- needs, concerns, and objectives.
4. To meet prospective clients and give presentations on the company's product and services to clients.
5. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
6. Executing sales plans devised by the management / contributing to the growth of business revenue.
7. Should generate sales leads for the allocated territory and meet/exceed Sales Goals.
8. Establish a good relationship with prospective clients, closures of sales for revenue generation.
9. Sending daily reports regarding the outcome of the meeting with clients.
10. Communication with clients (after sales) to maintain the client relationship.
