Manager - Business Development (4-10 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to lead and implement business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities : Research, target, and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships.
2) Lead Generation : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
3) Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
4) Sales Strategy : Develop and implement business development strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
5) Proposal and Contract Management : Prepare and present business proposals and close deals, ensuring all contracts and agreements are aligned with company policies.
6) Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth areas.
7) Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to align client needs with internal capabilities.
8) Sales Reporting : Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and key activities to senior management.
9) Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services and enhance customer satisfaction.
