Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Job description Roles and Responsibilities :
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Initial contact with prospects.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets with regular tracking and progress reports
- Works closely with seniors on strategic initiatives to achieve goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Pleasing personality with Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation skills (preferably female)
- Proven working experience as a business development manager
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to build rapport
