Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
Job Description for BDM:
- Should have experience of min 3 to 4 years handling multiple cities or states
- Managing field sales team and executing target from them month on month
- Weekly and monthly review of team and team leaders to identify the gap and correct it on priority
- To develop relations with associations, trade bodies, local business events, trade events, etc. To meet them and associate them with our business goal
- Hiring and developing team as and when required. Should have experience of developing team size in the last role
- Role involves 40% travel
- Qualifications: Postgraduate a must/ Graduate with MBA will be preferred as well
