Manager Business Development
- To meet the Distributor in the respective Territory and get them convinced to tie up with Mintifi
- Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Business/Revenue generation
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Generate or follow through sales leads
Skills :
- We are looking for someone who can thrive in a startup environment and have a go-getter, problem solving attitude
- You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks and can get things done across teams
- Good/ Proficient communication skills
- Knowledge of Local Language is Compulsory
- Willing to travel on field for Client visits
- Able to handle queries and negotiate with the client
