- We have opening for the position of Senior Business Development Manager based at Ahmadabad
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and GP reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of next gen technologies and competition status
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets (revenue and GP) by success
- As an Business Development Manager you will be responsible to manage all the IBC (Individual Business Consultant- s) associated with the "Ahmedabad Region.
- You will be responsible for IBC acquisition, performance management and improvement.
- You have to manage a complete branch of the Ahmedabad region including a team of juniors and team of IBC's.
- Tele-marketing, generating leads, nurturing prospective customers, and converting enquiries into sales.
- You will be able to negotiate, follow-up and close the deal for online courses selling.
- Reporting - generation of required MIS reports, broadcasting messages via WhatsApp, Email or other social media platforms.
- Coordination with Channel Partner and generate business strategy towards future growth and development.
- You are responsible to manage different marketing and lead generation campaigns.
