Manager - Business Development (3-10 yrs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Managers (BDM) to join our team in Delhi and Mumbai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, meeting key accounts, and engaging with key influencers in the industry.

Qualification s:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or ITI/Graduate in Physics and Mathematics.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in building material products, with a proven track record in business development.

- In-depth knowledge of the local market and state-level exposure.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and influencers.

- Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation: Actively engage with the market to identify and generate business leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential projects and clients.

2. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including Interior Designers, Architects, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Developers, and Contractors. Regularly meet with these stakeholders to understand their needs and present company' product offerings.

3. Influencer Interaction : Network with key influencers in the industry to create awareness and interest in company' products. Leverage these relationships to drive business growth and secure new projects.

4. Market Mapping : Conduct thorough market mapping to identify potential opportunities and maintain a healthy project bank. Use this information to strategically position company' products in the market.

5. Business Deals : Manage and negotiate business deals within the designated state or area. Ensure all deals align with company goals and contribute to overall business growth.

6. Product Portfolio Licensing : Promote and license the company's product portfolio, ensuring it meets the needs of current and prospective clients. Tailor presentations and proposals to highlight the benefits and applications of company' products
