Manager - Business Development (2-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, respond to inquiries, enhance product engagement, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
- Achieve personal and store sales objectives.
- Capitalize on promotions and offers to provide customers with special deals and opportunities.
- Educate clients on all products offered, including frames, sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, accessories, and more.
- Take proactive steps to support store growth and tackle any related tasks.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to capture customer attention.
- Build new client relationships while maintaining and expanding business with existing customers.
- Foster friendly, lasting relationships with clients.
- Consistently meet enrollment targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, continuously looking for ways to enhance efficiency and performance.
Candidate Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + additional benefits.
