Manager - Business Development (2-8 yrs)
Function: Sales and Business Development
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and sell products to them, ensuring revenue generation.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide growth initiatives.
- Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to optimise conversion rates and improve key metrics.
- Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies and tactics based on insights from experiments and performance data.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate growth initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Participate in events and door-to-door sales at the site level to ensure conversions.
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 Month of work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and BD, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
