Manager - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
1) Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
2) Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
3) Cold call new prospects / clients and speak the them about the services offered by Upraisal
4) Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
5) Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
6) Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
7) Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
8) Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
9) Generate leads using free and paid tools such as Zoominfo , Google, IIMJobs, LinkedIn etc
10) Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors
11) Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
12) Business Development Planning
13) Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
14) Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
15) Management and Research
16) Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
17) Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
