Responsibilities :
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Conducting internet based research to identify prospect groups, mine data to identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand database of prospects
- Manage and build overall email marketing strategy
- Create and design various CTAs and email templates
- Create various email lists and campaigns
- Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions
- Determine email marketing KPIs
- Analyse success for every campaign
- Develop a lead generation strategy
- Organise revert to prospects in time
- Analyse data to get smart insights
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes and promotions that succeed through email
- Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
- Suggest methods for improvements and delivering inside sales operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Proven inside sales experience for the UK Europe region
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Proven inside sales experience of 2-5 years with market research analysis, lead generation, email marketing campaign management, proposal writing, marketing automation, and web analytics
Proficient using marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
- Experience with email automation tools
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company s success
- Organised, disciplined, critical thinker and problem-solver
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Great interpersonal, verbal written communication skills.
