Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through new client acquisition, lead generation, and key account management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Key Account Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and business growth
- New Client Acquisition : Drive revenue by acquiring new clients within the Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, or F&B sectors
- Negotiation : Conduct effective negotiations to secure deals and partnerships
- Client Management : Serve as the point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
