Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Review sales data frequently and produce reports for managers at a senior level.
- Utilize diverse client sales techniques (such as cold calling, B2B, and displays, etc.)
- Projection of sales, creation of unconventional sales models and techniques, and assessment of their effectiveness
- Assess clients' abilities and requirements and create fruitful, enduring connections.
- Fulfill individual and group sales goals.
- Do account research and create or pursue sales leads.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and sales events to stay up to date on the most recent advancements.
- Utilizing financial statistics data, report to management and offer suggestions.
- Throughout your designated territory, maintain and grow your client database.
- Examine local market patterns to identify fresh chances for expansion.
- Examine possible issues and provide timely fixes.
- To enhance consumer satisfaction, propose novel services and products along with inventive sales methods.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
