Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Position - Business Development Manager
Location - Gurgaon (Currently Work from Home)
Experience - 2 - 3 years
Working Days - 5 days (Alternate Saturday working)
You shall lead the entire sales lifecycle from client prospecting, product presentations and negotiating client closures. This job requires high levels of dedication, innovative thinking in outreach and will require working closely with Account management teams.
What would you be accountable for:
- Identify prospective leads and build sales pipeline funnel and new client sign-ups
- Initiate prospective client outreach through various social, digital platforms and databases
- Generate leads through outbound outreaches, email marketing campaigns, referrals etc
- Make compelling product presentations for prospective clients
- Hand-hold new accounts with initial success on platform and build long-term relationships
- Seek out and develop alternate sales channels, reseller partnerships to enhance outreach
What are we looking for:
- Experience: 2-3 years in Business Development roles
- Proven track record of Enterprise solution sales
- Experience with HR Tech/ Recruitment offerings is highly desirable
- Strong Communication, presentation and convincing skills
