Manager - Business Development (10-12 yrs)
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, sales presentations, account management, and general sales efforts, as well as for prospecting and creating new business opportunities for the company. The Manager will also be responsible for building relationships and achieving sales targets.
Looking for an experienced business development professional from Branding, Media, Advertising and Marketing background with minimum 10 years of success and industry results.
Role Responsibilities :
- Setting business meetings, creating customer solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Instrumental in steady growth & expansion for Brand scienze adding value to product offerings.
- Experienced B2B sales with top line revenue contribution. Ideas, new subjects for global product strategies.
- Building revenue track and achieving business targets from ICT, Luxury Retail, Media and Advertising etc.
- Building clients for researching subjects- Brand creation, product design, marketing, advertising needs for customers
- Self motivated, proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools, HubSpot or similar CRM
- Excellent client communication, management and success benchmarks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Growth-focused individual with a strong drive to innovate is a plus
Qualifications :
- Strong Sales and New Business Development skills, Proven B2B sales experience (International sales preferred) primarily in US and European markets
- Building revenue track and achieving business targets from ICT, Luxury Retail, Media and Advertising etc
- Proven B2B sales experience (International sales preferred) primarily in US and European markets
- Building clients for researching subjects- Brand creation, product design, marketing, advertising needs for customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver effective Sales presentations
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Experience in Lead Generation, Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Excellent client communication, management and success benchmarks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
