Job Responsibilities:
Business development with help of small architects and interior designers
Creating & managing the database of small architects, interior designers & interior contractors
Brand building, prescription & lead generating with the above target group
Driving architect and interior designer loyalty
Drive architect and interior designer loyalty via special programs, conferences, meets
Strong collaboration with the regional sales team to close the leads generated
Be the regional SPOC for the category & drive Trainings & Development initiative for field sales team

Strong Communication skills
Self Motivated, should need minimum supervision
Strong Networking skills
Team Player
Basic Analytical skills to evaluate database & set priorities
Intermediate MS Office skills
Strong Digital Mindset in terms of using APP & digital tools
